| VBS Ident for Rule Britannia ft Jose Otero ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________  Hello there ! I hope you are all doing alright and that you enjoy this weird beginning of summer. Here is a new work I've been doing and helping with fantastico Jose Otero. Here is his website http://verso-films.com, he's doing an amazing work, especially check his last film for Wonderland Magazine showcasing Dior Homme AW 2010 by clicking here. He did a couple of idents for VBS (Vice TV), and here is the new one he asked me to help on for their series Rule Britannia. "The series includes Swansea Love Story, which was the Guardian newspaper's this year must-see British Film. Through the use of 70s style stop-frame animation we wanted to convey a feeling of lost innocence" Jose Otero, himself. We had initially made a small town centre with the tattered union jack in the middle. In the end we focused on just the flag as it's about as strong an emblem as you can get.
